About Love and Light Bake

Welcome to Love and Light Bake! My name is Nigi Jones, and I’m the owner and head baker of this cozy little bakery. I started baking when I was just a kid, and I’ve been in love with it ever since. There’s something magical about the way that flour, sugar, and butter come together to create something delicious and comforting.

I started Love and Light Bakery because I wanted to share that magic with others. I believe that food has the power to bring people together, to create memories, and to make people happy. That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do. Every day, I get to wake up and do what I love: bake delicious treats that bring joy to people’s lives.

One of the things that I love most about baking is seeing the smiles on my loved ones’ faces when they try my creations. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of knowing that you’ve made someone’s day a little bit brighter. Whether it’s a batch of cookies, a loaf of bread, or a fancy cake, I put my heart and soul into everything that I make.

Our ingredients

We take pride in our commitment to using only the best ingredients in our baked goods. We believe that our customers deserve nothing less than the best, and we strive to deliver that with every treat that we make.

We use only the highest quality ingredients in our baked goods. Unbleached all-purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder as our leavening agents. For sweeteners, we use maple syrup, agave nectar, vegan sugar, and brown sugar. Our fats include coconut oil and or vegan butter. We supplement dairy and eggs with soy milk, almond milk, or coconut milk, and for the eggs, we substitute with applesauce, bananas, or flax seeds.
